On-Belay
On Belay provides unique adventure-based programs that build community among youth who have or had a family member with cancer. Their programs are free for participants in thanks to generous community support. More
SATYA (Yoga & Cancer)
Classes include yoga postures, flowing movements and pranayama (focus on breath) to help students achieve relaxation and mobility in everyday life. Conscious effort to link breath with movement helps relieve tension and helps students gain flexibility and improve strength in the body.
Cancer survivors and caregivers are welcome to participate in these free classes.
No yoga experience is necessary.
With one exception, all classes are free to all participants newly diagnosed, in cancer treatment or in recovery as well as their caregivers More

This amazing group of “Breast Friends” is a non-traditional social support group. All have had breast cancer and received various treatments, some are going through it and others are years out, and each individual offers a unique perspective on this life altering experience. Ask To Join
